Settlement workshop menues

I just started a new play through. and find several of my workshop mods do not show up in the build menu at the end of the menu.

Has something changed that older mods don't show up. Homemaker is one, for example.

I disabled it until I got to sanctuary, then enabled it, but it dose not show up in the menu, but I get the holotape, so I can add it that way, but I have a few that don't have that option.

Settlement menu manger dose not fix the missing menu. I have one that uses SMM, and it works. Simsettlements also work fine. Any mod that adds the vanilla menu's also work fine.

Only my older mods that have there own menu don't work, and I can not seem to add them.

 

I have added nothing to my game that should affect the workshop menu. I think.

I added Workshop framework, and one other that speed's up the workshop loading time.

I have use 3 for what seems like forever, since they were released, and never had this happen before. If I add them one at a time, I lose all but Simsettlements, and the SMM compatible mod, and have to use the holotape to restore them, except for the 2 I have that don't have that option.
