Texture mod not working [2018]

Hi, I reentry installed Vortex, but for some reason, some of the mod dose not work for me.

 

Mod that works

True storm, Journey,

 

Mod that does not work

Ponytail hairstyles by Azar, Maid assalutron,

 

Every mod that use new texture is not working,

All of the new texture is just invisible,

 

Am I suppose to change ini file or something?

Do you have the LOOT program? You should try it to see if there's an error in scripts or etc.
