Problems with quests since patch.

Hey, I've been noticing some problems with quests since the 1.6 patch. In the main quest "The World Eaters Eyrie", at the point where I arrive in Skuldafn with Odahviing, my character can't move at all. The game isn't freezing, just I can't move my character. The hud isn't there either, but I can open up menus.

 

There's also a problem with the Companions quest line. I completed the quest Farkin gives you and I tried talking to other companions for quests but they all say "Aren't you running a job for Farkin? Finish up with that first then come back to me." even though I have finished Farkin's quest.

 

I use lots of mods but I'll list the main, biggest mods I use:

 

Lycanthropy

Dance of Death

Midas Magic

Ultimate Follower Overhaul

Quality World Map

CBBE

Skyrim HD - 2k textures

Apachii Sky Hair

Skyrim Monster Mod

The warzones mod (the one that places battles between Stormcloaks and Imperials around the map)

 

And they're the main ones that I can remember downloading. I've updated them all since the patch.

 

Has anyone else had these quest problems and are using any of these mods or know the source of the problem?

I also am having errors with the champions quest line the same as you. only Aela, I killed the Silver hand leader and she just wont respond, saying i had a job with Vikas, even though i didn't...quest marker was even above her head. Could UFO be the issue?
