i have a big problem. I'm at thalmor embassy and i dont have my gear apperently you are supposed to give it to someone i didnt do this and now im stuck and i cant load another game data because they are all from thalmor embassy please help

The only fix is to go back to an earlier save game. You could try the console and the player.additem command and get whatever it is you want for armor and weapons. You'll need to find the ItemID for whatever it is you want and they can be found in the wiki as well.

I did the same thing the first time through. The chest he tells you to get your stuff will be empty, but after the quest it shows up in Delphine's room in Riverwood.
