EllenRiano
Hey, I looked everywhere to find requirements for certain ENB mod's but I couldnt find any of them. My specs, Intel core tm2 quad cpu q8200 @ 2.33GhzATI Radeon HD 5700 Forgot the PSU, not sure if it is relevant, its fairly new and pretty good though. It also always sounds like my pc is overheating cause my fans make so much damn noise.Even though its doesnt feel hot at all. :P Would I be able to run a ENB mod? Rennn
Certain performance ENB mods, yes. I don't think you'd be able to run the high quality ones though. Edited July 1, 2012 by Rennn
dirk45
Yeah, some ENBs have performance options. You might just have to try them out and see if your frame-rate holds, Solitude is a good place to test since it seems to be the most demanding. Also, you can use ENB customizer to turn off certain taxing effects like Ambient Occlusion. But, really, if you can't run vanilla Skyrim on High graphics settings with all the bells and whistles - at more than 30fps- then any enb worth using is probably too taxing. EllenRiano
This ENB I'm running at the moment http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19528 Not sure if anyone is familiar with it, but still I'd appreciate if you take a look and see if it fits my specs. dirk45
Fitting your specs is almost irrelevant if you can run it without a problem. I mean if your computer sounds like it's going to explode and then overheats or resets or bluescreens, it's not going to work and you shouldn't push it any further. Try Optimizing your textures to take some of the burden off and playing at a lower resolution than 1920x1080 might help to keep it from exploding as well. EllenRiano
Hehe, I think I'm just to paranoid my fans make more noise then they ussualy do.Skyrim is the only game with good graphics I'm playing aswell. Also Im running a 30 - 40 consistent fps in Solitude during day time.
