Custom Armor Request

So i have been working on a companion mod and I would say i'm about half way through it; just need to finish the quest part and do the lip sync, and I'd really like a custom armor to go with it but even after i tried following tutorials i basically got nowhere, so now i'm hoping someone else would like to do this.

Here is the basic idea of what i wanted it to look like

I did design it so that it could probably be done using stuff from the game put together and re-textured.

What I was going to use was the kings outfit but re-textured and maybe some different pants, the ammo belt from the raider badlands armor and goggles around the neck.

(I dont care too much about the goggles or ammo belt, i just added them because it was looking kind of boring)
