Help deciphering crash log?

So I just reinstalled SSE, got all my mods ported into Vortex, go to start a new game....and the game CTDs during character creation; after I fiddle with a few sliders, everything but the head disappears, and a few seconds later, it CTD's.

 

Thought it was because I was missing a few dependencies, but I got what I needed (AFAIK) and the issue still happens.

 

I have crash logs enabled, but I've never really had to decipher one before...anyone mind reading over it and telling me what the issue is?
