Very slow downloads and error w/ download diagnoser

I'm having trouble downloading from the Nexus. I tried the download diagnoser. Once I try to start downloading that rar file, it says there is an error (404 file not found). Even downloading the diagnoser took about 10 minutes. I've been trying to download the unofficial skyrim special edition bug fix for the last two days and just can't get it to download successfully. I'm getting download speeds from 0kbs to 10kbs. For comparison, I was able to download Skyrim Special Edition from Steam in about 8 hours.

 

I read through the "extremely slow downloads" thread. Even though people have had some downloading issues, it doesn't seem like it was as bad for others as it has been for me. By the way, I am logged into the website. I'm a lifetime supporter. I also turned off my adblocker for this site, just in case. Still, I can't even download one mod for Skyrim :(

 

Any suggestions?

It turns out that I needed to reboot my computer, which I hadn't done in quite a while. Downloads are going faster now. I still am getting the 404 file not found error when running the diagnoser though.
