Upload of a mod containing assets by Bethesda (trailer video) and a song by another artist/interpreter of Country Roads (05:17 minutes) as main menu replacer without providing the original artists?/right holders? permissions for use and redistribution on Nexus.

The mod originally had been uploaded with these „Permissions and credits“ from the uploader, date 19 November 2018, 0:49 PM (meanwhile edited due to granted permission for editing mod details and as evindenced by site usage data):
