tree lod f**** up

Hello my dear nexus users,

I hope you have a nice day. Today, i come humbly to ask for help cause it seems that i f***** up my lod. I have been a skyrim3d trees user for a while but recently some performance issues coming from my PC plus some trees that i always found a bit oddish (for skyrim region at least) pushed me to try another mod, my choice going for either simply bigger tree or enhanced vainlla tree (large option). Before chosing one of these i tried skyrim flora overhaul for a bit (pretty good mod of course i just prefer the ambiance with SBT) and this is where it all started. When i created the lod for SFO, the distant trees were really good looking and amazing, then i tried to install SBT to test it and since then my lod are donezo, i tried to reinstall every single tree mod (one by one of course) and nothing to do the trees lod are always horrible plus when you get close to the lod the tree kind of pop up (example the lod is a bit dark green and the tree popping up is clear or even snowy). i spent the last 2 days trying to figure where it all went wrong but i cant find it.

i tried to as i said, reinstall all tree mod, increase resolution in sselodgen (1024 instead of 512), delete the lod texture in texture/terrain/ tamriel/trees justr in case the mod manager wouldnt remplace them.

I read on SBT page that some mod might conflict with the lod/billboard but i cant find which one since everytime i changed tree mod i deleted the previous one.

Another fact is that i have The people of skyrim which i know has some trees (but every tree mod i installed ask for an overwrite so...), also i have in my texture pack a dyndolod folder with tree texture but i dont know where it is from since i use sselodgen.

Normally, i will put with this post pictures if i'm not a total incompetent, picture of the lod (it will be with 3d trees but all the mod did this kind of result, the dyndolod folder and whats inside.

I hope we can all figure out what went wrong together, thanks in advance.
