help with getting lots of mods to work

so ive decided to start heavily modding, i knew there were gunna be issues cuz i had issues with just getting 40 mods to work. so i started looking into wyre bash and boss to help me out. Ive read a few tutorials on wyre bash and i think i got the jist of it. I installed 1 mod with it and it worked with no problems, second mod, no problems so i figured i was doing it right.

the place i decided to test them was whiterun and the area around it, so 96 mods in and i thought i had all the kinks out, turns out i was very wrong, whiterun and just outside out side of it worked fine(sort of) i didnt spend a lot of time making sure each modd is fullproof so when i finally decided to take a break and mess around for a bit skyrim would crash after 10-15 minutes, another problem im having is that new cells don't load, when i go to run around after about 30 seconds of going into an unloaded cell it crashes

so far ive spent about 2 hours trying to figuar out which mod/mods are making it crash and to no avail. so im wondering if there are any tips on getting them to work or a better way to use wyre bash and boss, or if i just gotta go 1 mod at a time and spend an hour or half hour making sure it works.

while i was troubleshooting, some mods dont work then i uninstall another mod and it works(mostly loading screen crashes and startup crashes). so is somebody making a list of compatable mods that i should look at or do i just gotta go page by page and hope they have what im looking for?

i have a pretty high end pc so i wouldent think thats the problem, i use process explorer to monitor everything and my cpu never goes over 30% usage, ram is usually around 3-4 gigs out of out 8, and vram is 1.8 gigs out of 3

i unoverclocked(is that a word) everything to make sure that wasnt the issue but it didnt change anything, i have all the latest drivers installed, i prepared for corrupted saves so i have about 20 saves in the same spot just incase, so i know im lot loading a bunk save game, did the whole change ur sound setting, didn't do a thing.

i have another problem(i dont think it has to do with mods), sent an emial out 3 days ago about it to steam but i havent heard back. Randomly people stopped talking, literally turned my computer on, started skyrim and there is no voice acting, turned on subtitles and they sometimes work, most of the time i dont get anything. wouldent be so bad cuz most of the time my dialogue choices appear and ive been playing the game long enough to know who says waht, but its messing with the quest line scripting, cant start a new game, just gets stuck when we have to get off the carriage, same thing with a few other quests, i cant talk to the people so im stuck on quests(seems more common with quest that you have to listen to them talk). im almost posotive its not a sound problem cuz their lips arnt even moving. i uninstalled all mods, did the sound fix, turned up my speakers to make sure, verifies game cache, reinstalled skyrim and didnt install any mods, reinstalled steam and skyrim(again). all this and i still cant get any voice acting. been googling it but still havent found anything, any ideas?

if u need any other info just ask, and thank you in advance for any help
