How to create files from a mod for Vortex Mod Manager

Hello,

 

maybe my question is really stupid.

 

I got my first upload on nexus mods done and I want to create a file so that people can download my mod via Vortex Mod Manager but I absolutely dont know how to do that. I searched on the internet but I didnt find a description, so can somebody please help?
