Hjalfin Ground Questline - Your Opinion

Hello,

 

this is my mod and i want to write a questline for it to obtain the house:

I want to send the player on a small journey ... not to far away:

 

First he will be sent to a pack of wolfes with a corpse and a note

This sends him to a bandit hideout in a cave where the player must defeat them.

After that i want the player to check on 4 or five documents in the main-area of the cave (to imitate a search) where he or she finally finds the deed with a little chest and the key in it.

 

 

Now my question: Is it to much for a questline to obtain such a small house?
