Can someone make a mod for me please?

Hello :)

All I want is a simple mod that enables the use of infinite tech upgrades. I had one before so I could have lots of jetpack and mining laser upgrades without them overloading, but its old and visions broke it. please can someone write a new one or tell me how to fix the file to make it work?

Thanks :) I know it might get broken in a month or so I just dont want to avoid playing this fun game just because im back to stone age tech with everything overloading.

And I havent checked (due to massive loading times) whether or not my 0 launch fuel cost and 1/16th warp cell cost mod works either. if they don't that'd be awesome too.
