LE Dialogue history for educational purposes

Hello everybody,

 

I recently reinstalled my Skyrim to use it for learning new language (French in my case). Now Im facing a little trouble during dialogues. I will be happy to review already said text before I reply, but there is no dialogue history. It is also impossible to pause and see dialogue text at the same time (or at least I dont know how). Is there any mod which will help me? How difficult it will be to create something like Im showing in attached picture?
