Require aid in understanding/installing HDT,SMP,Bodyslider,etc

Hello, I am fairly green to skyrim modding but I'm able to do the simple stuff. Such as ENB, weapon, armor, follower, and other easy to do mods. However I cannot wrap my head around the Physics part of skyrim. I have no idea how to get things such as HDT hairs, SMP-PE Path, and other similar things to work properly as I'm not even sure how to install it properly. I am trying to install the Yundao HDT Hairs and HDT KS Hairdos but no matter what I do, they don't seem to be working properly. With the Yundao hairs having only 1/3rd of it working properly and the rest being static and the HDT KS Hairdos having none of them working and only duplicating/stretching out from originating spot where I stood.

Note I use MOD ORGANIZER 2

Things that I have "installed" and what I did in what order:

 

Install XP32MSE

Install HDT Heels

Install HDT Physics Extensions

Installed Ninirim COS (mesh & textures) then replaced files with UN7B meshes

Install Yundao Hairs

Install HDT KS Hairdos

& other requirements for those mods

 

Ran FNIS

 

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but FNIS doesn't specifically say whether or not it reads HDT Physics Extensions or HDT Heels or is that normal?

On another note, it's might be because I have no idea what to do with the SMP-PE Path file Yundao Hairs so I just installed it in Mod Organizer 2 as per usual, but i'm not sure if thats what I'm supposed to do. Additionally I also went onto Lover's Lab and downloaded the Yundao SMP-PE Path Patch which says to overwrite but I have no idea which and where it wants me to overwrite.

 

2) Moving on to my next couple problems/questions - My character has a problem where the Left eye isn't aligned with the right (or vice verse however you see it) so it looks strange at a distance. While the face is imported from an existing follower mod it shouldn't be like this, so does anyone know how to fix that problem?

 

3) How do I use Bodyslide properly? I know somewhat on what it's used for but a detailed guide on what to do and how to use it is lost to me. For example, if my Ninirim COS came with Caliente Tools, what am I supposed to use that for and how do I use it? How do I resize outfits to fit onto that body or how do I build the body to look bigger?

 

4) I see that Ninirim and other veteran asian modders have imported characters models (or specifically the face) from Black Desert Online and I was wondering how I am supposed to do that?

 

5) I am also looking for a veteran modder to actually sit down with me (either through steam or discord) and teach me the ropes of modding as want to get into it seriously.

NOTE* I have uploaded an image to show the eye problem, it a little hard to see but it should give enough to get the picture. I can upload a close up if someone needs a more clear look on it. The eyes-face-brow seems to be custom from the follower so if I can edit it in a program somehow I would enjoy it if someone could either teach me how to fix it myself or if someone could take the time to fix it.
