FOMOD Error?

Hello,

 

I'm having trouble installing mods with the 'FOMOD' folder attached. I have no idea why, but because of this vortex refuses to install the mod(s) (e.g. SMIM SE, Vivid weathers etc.)

I was hoping that someone would know how to fix this? Because I am really lost.
