lemonfan1
I'm using the latest FOMM, the latest NVSE, and the only two mods I'm running are "PerkEveryLevel" ( http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34707 ), and "FengShui" ( http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38625 ). Regardless of what I do, it constantly crashes. I play for several minutes and bam, CTD. It's happened so often that at this point I'm considering never touching the game again due to sheer frustration. I've reinstalled about 7 or more times. I've disabled FengShui but it doesn't fix the problem. I want to keep PerkEveryLevel. It's weird, because I used to be able to run this with no problem. I'd experience a crash maybe once a day. And this is with a ton of mods. This is my current list in Nexus Mod Manager: FalloutNV.esmOldWorldBlues.esmHonestHearts.esmDeadMoney.esmTribalPack.esmMercenaryPack.esmClassicPark.esmCaravanPack.esmGunRunnersArsenal.esmLonesomeRoad.esmPerkEveryLevel.espFeng Shui NV.espFeng Shui - Keymap Template.esp I'm running Windows XP Pro, 3.25 GB of RAM. If there's any other info I can give, please let me know. I would like to play this again. :(
durbin
Try out 4gig patch with fake fullscreen. Try that and see if that helps, because most of the time when that is happening its a memory leak.
lemonfan1
Try out 4gig patch with fake fullscreen. Try that and see if that helps, because most of the time when that is happening its a memory leak. I tried this and it seems to have fixed the problem, thankfully. The only other problem I encountered was an hour in when the game froze entirely. Couldn't even Ctrl+Alt+Del out. Wish there was a command I could link to my mouse which would let me kill the process instantly. :P Thanks for the 4 gig patch suggestion. Hopefully I won't have this problem anymore!
