SSE error setting up condition for spell effect

Not sure if anybody will see this, I'm having the same issue and extracting the scripts didn't help. It doesn't matter if I set the condition in the spell effect or the spell, I still get the message. Is there another possible solution?

Just hit Yes To All when the error pops up, and you can add the condition after. This goes for all errors in the CK.

It's not one of the error boxes that shows up with that option, it appears six or seven times in the warnings box, but when I test the spell in-game it doesn't appear to be checking the condition.
