The arrow redirect skills are fun but not really worth the points imo, so I would like to enable that by default for Geralt. I have already tried messing with geralt_basic.xml and geralt_skills.xml, but the best i can do on my own so far is to remove the prerequisite for those skills. I unpacked the Full Rebalance 2 and tried to search in its files but no luck. =/ I'm almost certain that it's not in the XMLs, since I deleted the .dzip and my game continued to start with the training tree already learned.
