Player character graphical glitch

Recently, I downloaded several mods, some of which change revolve around changing my character model.

Ever since then I've been getting this very strange graphical glitch that I cannot get rid of. I've uninstalled the mods and FOMM to no avail, and even reinstalling the game itself, yielding no changes.

For reference, here's a list of mods that I've installed that changed my character in some way:

Note: The glitch also obstructs my view whilst in First Person and when using the Pipboy 3000.

I'm 99% sure Bouncing Natural Breasts do that. The problem you're experiencing is an issue with rigging and is usually associated with mods that change the skeleton. Uninstall it, make sure the skeleton is removed and start the game, the problem should be gone then.

Thanks for pointing out the problem. I'm just going to delete my data folder and reinstall NV.
