Ramalabolm - Formal warning issued

Ramalabolm has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of a mod containing a main menu intro video and 13 pieces of music/music sound effect files in a length between 00:13 and 02:20 minutes ported from another game without providing the original artists‘/right holders‘ permissions for use and redistribution.

 

Uploader’s „Asset use permission“:

„You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

Permissions/sub licences from the right holders that allow the uploader to give permission for further use of these assets/music in the mod have not been provided.

 

Creators/composers of the music have not been credited.

Artists performing the music have not been credited.

Creator of the intro video has not been credited.

Usage and Accreditation
