Freeze/Crash help

Trying to figure out why my game keeps freezing or crashing. I hardly have any mods.

 

Here's my load order. Any help would be massively appreciated. Just using steam loader at the moment. Gave up on NMM due to it keep trying to update files then breaking them for me.

 

Also if you know of any of these mods to be particularly unstable
