Trouble with volkihar vampires blackface

i am having a bug every time i go into castle volkihar all vampire apart from Serana and lord Harkon have black faces. And i can't seem to fix the problem i have tried to sort my load order and it did nothing and tried disabling some of the mods but can't work out which one is causing it problems. i even tried to uninstall and reinstall Skyrim but nothing i would appreciate some help.
