Upload of a mod containing 7 images/photographs showing a real model without providing permission from the model shown in the images, the creator of the images/photographs or the right holder.

 

The uploader has been aware that redistribution of images showing real models without permission from the models shown in the images, original creator of the images/photographs or right holder is not allowed on Nexus.

Upoader’s description (excerpt):

„…Note: You can compare my preset to pictures of her provided in the rar package, Nexus doesn't allow pictures of anyone without their permission.“

 

The uploader has given general permission for further use of their mod containing these images:

„Author's instructions

You can do whatever you want :D“

Permission/sub licence from the right holder that allows the uploader to give permission for further use of these images contained in the mod has not been provided.

 

The creator/photographer of the images has not been credited.
