There is a mod, visually enchanted, it's a bit old, but might still do the job. Unfortunately the enchantment and spell system is a bit limited visually since spell effects and enchantments have their visuals determined by the cost of the effect, and as some mods change this, it can be hard to make a predictible look.

Visually Enchanted Customizer is what your looking for try it out its a great mod like Vagrant0 said its old but it should do the job

Do you really have to make every first letter a caps?

Some sites have a feature that cause a post typed in all caps to be auto edited so that only the first letter of each word is capped. It only works if there are absolutely no lower case letters in the post or else the auto edit will not occur. I don't think the Nexus does this, but I just thought you might be curious.

 

Also, there is a setting in older versions of Windows that will do this.
