vlaka
Hi hi! I've been using a rather handy mod called Open faced guard helmets for quite some time as I find the guard helmets make all the guards generic and lifeless. IThe mod basically changes the meshes for the guard helmets and replaces it with a spiffier looking open faced look (much more human looking imo) and I also use Cloaks of Skyrim and Winter is coming - Cloaks which add new helms to guards. Now what i'm after is an update to Open faced Guard Helmets if anyone knows of one that works with 1.6? IHm i realise i probably got sidetracked or blabbered on too much :P Any help would be greatly appreciated :D
Osmanli
hi, the 1.0 version of the mod works by me on a 1.6.89.0.6 version of skyrim. this is the latest pc platform steam patch level. maybe you have a load order problem. its placed near the buttom of the load order by me. after no spinning death animations and cloaks. before realistic ragdoll force, race heights and city replacers. if you have one of these installed. change the load order. hope this helps. if not, you can try this mod : Friendly Guard Helmets. copy and paste it into the nexxus search toolbar. but i dont use it and i dont know if it works with skyrim v1.6.89.0.6. try it yourself and happy gaming. frakle
It could be the cloaks giving them new hats, and the openfaced helms editing their existing hat, so you might have a load order issue
