Would this be something simple to do?

I came across this mod that allows you build a printing press for Piper.

I'm simply wondering if crafting this will do two things. 1.) Piper would stop asking for a printing press once you craft one. 2.) If crafting a printing press would add a fair amount of affinity points to her.
