LE Modern Fantasy/Post Apocalyptic Skyrim!

I was looking at some mods... There are a lot of mods that add modern elements to the game.

 

I was wondering if someone would be so epic as to combine all these mods together and actually instill them within the game, so its not just the player that is modernized.

 

 

What I mean is seeing random bandits and thugs, or guards wearing sunglasses. People who are around water a lot wearing swimsuits. Ranged fighters using pistols. Bandits and other warriors who are around dwemer ruins a lot using autoblades. Occasionally seeing the fried ruins of a car (Most cars being destroyed in the past due to the "apocalyptic event" which is why most people use mounts instead of cars, but occasionally you can find a working car parked in a stable like enclosure just as if it was parked in a garage). More modern clothing scattered about being worn instead of patched up dresses and such.

And all the other modern mods, such as the jeans mod, the T-Shirts mod, and even elements from those 40k mods such as that Bolter weapon, and don't forget the Flintlock mod.

 

Then for textures, there was the Mages College mod that could turn the whole place into a sith/jedi academy. It had pretty modern and sleek looking textures, those could be taken and used in castles and forts such as Dragonsreach or the solitude and windhelm castles or perhaps find a way to make them replace all stone textures automatically to effect the whole world, like the entirety of windhelm city and the walls of whiterun.
