shout cooldown

My shout cooldown is stuck at so really high # and won't change. 'player.setav shoutrecoverymult #' has no effect. It won't change. How do I fix this?

I have also tried a number of mods that change cooldown times and none of them have any effect either.

Could be mod issue, have you tried to reload that save or load a different save?

I agree with soda ... either you have a mod conflict and/or a saved game( s ) is / are corrupted.

 

Plus also, if you loaded / removed mods during this game play .... you could have totally corrupted this current game.

 

RULE # 1 : Never load and/or delete any mods during a game.

... UNLESS: You make backups before you change mods, so you can fall back onto the prior saved game.
