Some pretty weird item names

So I just happened to reinstall Fallout 4 with a lot of mods and items seem to have some really bs names.

For Example:

Vault 111 Jumpsuit of Diving [ballistic Mk. I] (10 lb. Bag of the Pack Rat) (BioCommMesh) (Recon)

Wedding Ring of Diving [ballistic Mk. I] (10 lb. Bag of the Pack Rat) (BioCommMesh) (Recon)

 

Recoil Compensated Converted N99 Pistol <- I've read somewhere that the mod named "The Weapon mods" does this but that mod's not even installed.

 

Something got pretty f*cked up i guess...if somebody who experienced the same thing could point me at the mods that can cause this....that would be nice. :laugh:
