marianito10 Posted December 8, 2018 Share Posted December 8, 2018 (edited) Some NPCs (most guards) are showing up naked, but they have their armor in their inventory and it's even activated. The outfit they have is this one: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Hammerfell_Garb I tried replacing the vanilla one with another one (I replaced the files in MESHES/CLOTHES/REDGUARD) and I also checked my ESPs but there don't seem to be any armor replacers in there.
