[Mod Request] Turn off the Bloom

I don't know if this is posible and i would check it myself if i knew how (i'm only familiar with w3 modding so i don't know if there are even tools available).

But that's it , i just think that the bloom is way too bright and obnoxious and if it's possible to completely remove it.
