Followers not following and random CTDs

Hello everyone.

 

I restarted play Skyrim some days ago, and for a couple of days everything went super smooth. But now, for some reason unknown to me, issues have arise. One of my two follower (Jenassa) gets stuck in idle mode and won't follow me anymore, and I started having CTDs after loading a saved file with this issue.
