Trouble figuring out color issues.

I am really new to modding and am using the NMM. I installed a handful of mods and everything was working pretty well. All of a sudden I started seeing random tiles that would change colors, depending on my characters orientation to them and/or the camera angle. The only places I have noticed this so far was the Jorrvaskr, only along one wall, and the mod Rayek's End, which is a house/hideout (it seems to be pretty dominant in this mod, as most of the tiles are now changing from their default colors to either a dark blue or dark green tint). I have tried deactivating a few mods, just to see if it would stop the problem, but so far none have. I am sure if I wasn't being driven mad by the few tiles I have seen like this, I would find more. But, I would like to figure out if I can fix this somehow or if this is a common issue associated with modding? Any help or advice would be appreciated!
