Gazendorth
I took a break from Skyrim so I know the Mannequins tend to move off the pedestal (mainly the Honeyside house) but armor can still be placed on them and they had no movements. I have started up Skyrim again and running on 1.6 patch. I recently bought the Riften Honeyside house, I expected it to at the most do the same thing with a non-animated mannequine moving around each time I load the house.. but I encountered something more annyoing. The Mannequines are now wearing the iron armor mesh and have idle animations (shoulder movement, head tracking my position, etc.) I am also unable to activate the Mannequin at all, both on the body and on the pedestal. This makes it fustrating since I was looking forward to placing some armor on them. I did some internet searching, some reason not a whole lot of descussions specifically for this problem, it is usuly more the common one with them just teleporting to a differnt space. I noticed the "Vanilla Mannequin Script Fix by: SLuckyD" is a common reference to help fix the problem.. but I have some issues with that. 1) My problem is a bit differnt, they dont move too much away from the pedestal.. just have iron armor with some npc shape and likes to have the standard NPC idle animation.2) the person of that MOD recomends people using Skyrim 1.6 to not use his mod until he updates it to work with 1.6. I have no intention of using a older version of Skyrim. Basicly, I am asking for help to fix this. I want the mannequin to be exactly like they should be.. the vanilla skyrim mesh, not this iron armor.. and static pose.. not this idle animation. and actualy able to put armor on it. I am not to familure with computers so a complicated solution like making one using Creation Kit.. or going through Skyrim Files and changing stuff manualy will be very hard for me. Is there a simple fix out there somewhere? Edit 1: All mannequins present in the game has idle NPC animation and wearing full iron armor while still using the mannequin texture. Even the Moonpath quest Mod has it's mannequins at the hideout doing the same. I have no idea why its like this or how to fix it.. any help? orgoati
Same here. This is the only page I've found even mentioning it. :wallbash:
AgentR0013
Been working in most of the day, I have not narrowed down what the problem is. I am sure its a mod somewhere. Trying to learn the CK to see if I can fix it myself. It is rather annoying having zero use of any mannequins.
babooncru
I have this issue also. Firstly, can anyone confirm that the vanilla 1.6 version of Skyrim has this issue? If it is a mod, which one is it? I have over 70+ mods attached to my Skyrim, with loot stashed all over the place.Going back to vanilla, and reloading mods one by one, will take too long. :( I dont have the time spare to do it myself. Mabye someone could look at the "Dream Hollows" mod, as that one does tinker with the mannequin setup quite a bit.
Gazendorth
Bumping: And yea, still have no fix. Nothing I do works. Reloading cache, Dissable mods, etc. This is quite a nasty one to get rid of it seems.
