Q - I spoke to a NPC in Chorrol 10mins ago v Pic v

Though i have played on the game since 20-Mar-2006 , (Now i got the "Collector's Edition")

I have gone up and down that road nonstop, over and over again..... Never ever seen him !! Have anyone seen this NPC in game??

It's related to the KotN (Knights of the Nine) DLC. No ghosts actually appear. It's just a tie-in rumor that's supposed to flesh things out and make it seem as if the events in KotN are actually affecting the world.

So let me get my head around it.... Random "Rumor" From a DLC KoTN.... ok and thats fine... Realy.

I have done Obliniom. KoTN, SI, Thieves Den, Horse Armor, Frostcrag, Vile Lair, Razor

 

Havent done Spell Tombs, Fighters Stronghold

I've actually seen him quite often. He's a vanilla NPC that hangs out in Chorrol.
