Added Pants, looks great in Outfit Studio, but...

So I downloaded the V-Neck Tshirt https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34894.
It needs something to cover the lower half (most days) and some other details, so I used the Load Outfit option to grab the Skimpy Raider Armor (Screenshot 1).

I deleted the bits I didn't want (armor and such), but now it goes nuts (Screenshot 2).

I'm extremely new to outfit studio and body slide, so I may be missing a step here.

Is anyone willing to help?

I realize more information may be needed, so please ask away.

Use those first pants you liked; its not hard to change the bottom hem of something - I did it with a skirt. You can just grab it and stretch it down. In my case things got wonky because it was a skirt, and I was making it shorter (so the 'physics' got compressed and behaved weirdly), but just making something slightly longer - especially something that should have no physics attached like a pant-cuff - should be easy-peasy.

Besides, those first pants you referenced looked WAY better (You must have edited - I believe it was the "JC Shirt & Jeans" you said you really liked).

EDIT: The Easy girl Stuff is an awesome collection, and has some great-looking pants, but to be perfectly honest, I can't get a lot of those outfits to look right on my models (they are just TOO tight and I get clipping no matter what I do). However, since you are willing to play with outfit studio anyway, then maybe that will work for you. The clothes are all separate pieces, so if you can get some of the pants you like to work for you, you don't even have to make it an outfit - you can keep them as separates (which to me, is just win-win). Regardless, I highly recommend the collection - its massive, and the accessories are excellent (I use the jewelry, piercings, and gun holsters on all my girls).
