Problem about Adding a trainer NPC

I try to add a trainer NPC in skyrim,I add train class and train faction,add TrainerGoldScript,add train dialogue,all done,but there is still a problem,when I try to talk to the NPC,it has a dialogue to train skill,but he always say:"you already learn that i can teach you" or something like that,instead of Showing TrainingMenu.

 

Please help.

The first obvious thing to check is whether the player in the savegame you are using has that skill already, if they do then this is the correct response.
