[scripts] Making the bandages stop bleeding?

Hello,

I'm trying to write a script for the bleeding magic effect that will end bleeding after using a bandage.

I guess that it has something to do with the "dispel" script, which should be added to the bleeding effect. The effect is called "bleeding damage: health".

The last script I wrote was for oblivion like 10 yrs ago.

So, any tips appreciated!
