Instability, CTD, Inability to start new games

Since 1.6 I've been running into errors, I took a break from Skyrim, upgraded to windows 7 (32 bit) and eventually reinstalled the game. I'm running into the errors mentioned in the title, not really sure what mods are causing it. At times certain graphics seemed off as well -- perhaps most notably, the cloaks from the cloak mod were texture and colorless. All mods have been downloaded to their most recent version. Here's my BOSS load out.
