House Mods don't work

I had played 3 characters with my hjerim house mod, so I was ready to try something new.

But when I try to add other house mods (no matter if Hjerim is active or not), no other house mod combinations work.

 

Any combination of house mods will crash the game once I click 'play'. I am able to get to the load screen to change order of the data. All the house mods work fine all by themselves.

For instance, I have used these house mods:

 

Hjerim basement

Quest_Sea of ghosts (has a house mod in it)

dragonpeaks (city with merchants and a house)

hall of the dovahkiin

proudspire manor armory 3

stonehillhome

ultimateplayerhouse

customhjerim

betterproudspiremanor

buildable house

 

 

I have both high res texture paks.

I have loaded the data from nexus mod manager and straight from the game load menu.

I went to Nexus and the the data manager in the game and made sure NOTHING was selected.

I made a clean save and tried different combinations of loading the house mods and get same results.

They all worked by themselves.

What is causing this? What is a work around to get to use more than 1 house mod?

I want to use Quest sea of ghosts, dragonpeaks and buildable house as the minimal.

its so unfair i cant get the buildable house mod becouse the mod wont even work for some reason and ive bin trying to do this for 1 week now and i have gotten nowhere becouse the mod wont work for me it work for every one else but me why its so fustrating.

Keep in mind buildable house mod is incompatible with some other mods such as dragonspeaks

 

I mostly solved my problem. I uninstalled Steam.

I then re installed my games to a new directory.

I can now play multiple house mods ( I actually went to the towns and entered the homes....)

I have not found the area mentioned by the buildable houses mod, but I feel confident it will work now.

 

I am running hjerim improved,druid den, sea of ghosts, better proudspire manor, buildable homes all at same time.

The problem NOW is that I cant add any more house mods

The problem is that I can run a few more house mods but still get the problem, or my game kicks out when I cast a mage light spell or get to close to the water (in the town where giants inn is at).

 

So many days passed and no one will help me??????????????
