Creation kit Light Problem

Hi, forum, I got a problem with the creation kit, i got a big interior maybe too big but its divided into 4 separate rooms, i got approximately up to 15-20 lights (no shadow caster lights) in each room.

 

My problem is that when I turn the cam in the CK, sometimes a few lights are off, than they are on again, ingame its the same, I'm not sure what that problems cause, because a few saves earlier even with shadow casters on they worked, I did not change the amount of ights I even tried to delete a few, nothing worked, pls help.
