Making a Sheath for a Sword

Some of you may be familiar with my mod Sword of Ganondorf. The sword currently was simply a two-handled sword because I had no sheath to put it in. I recently finished the sheath and so wanted to make the sword a one-handed blade with a sheath. Well, because I was clueless as to how to do this, I just tried to copy The sword and sheath into the respective branches in an already created sword, hoping the neccessary data would line up with the models. You know, like the easy way to make new swords; just copy the branch into an existing sword nif and delete the old. Silly me. I can't place the sword into the render window in the CS without it crashing. And (I replaced the old model with the new in the existing .esp and altered the stats) I experience a CTD whenever I try to go into the cell in-game. Can anyone help me?

Well...I can't really tell you why this happens. If you want PM me with a link where I can download the nif file (with the sheath). I will try and fix it then PM you with a link where you can download the sword and proper intstructions on how to fix it yourself ;).

Cheers
