No Music

I can hear everything except music. The only time I can hear music is when I alt+tab, and the combat music starts, but using the console doesnt stop it. If I die while the music plays, a different song will play for a second, and when I load in I can hear the song for maybe a second before it fades out. It is really starting to tick me off. I've tried every possible solution. Deleted skyrim, did audio equalization, removed music mods, cleaned my saves, initiated the music, then saved and loaded. If there is a fix, I've tried it, and nothing has worked. Any ideas?
