To prove ownership of a game you purchased online from Steam you need to submit a link to your client profile. Your profile should be made public at least temporarily or until the unban appeal is closed. The profile should include/display the list of the games you own, especially the game you admitted to have run a pirated version or seeked help for on the site. If you have a different username on the game client, you should also add a few words or proof to confirm the identity as the person appealing the ban.
