Help! Cannot launch skyrim

So, i just got my new laptop today and spent the whole morning modding for my plathrough, I am farely new at this and spent a lot of time watching youtube videos to figure thius out as I come from PS4, lol. i started it once before to make sure my ENB was installed correctly and it worked, i then went to download and convert another couple of mods for my own use. Now, however, everytime i go to launch skyrim it goes as far as the little pop up menu that says "play, support" etc, and then whenever i hit play.. nothing happens. sometimes that little blue circle appears by my mouse pointer.. my mods list is as follows

Acalphyra follower

Hermaeus mora priestess armor

Agent of hermaeus mora

Moras agony spell pack

 

The game did launch when I had Unique dragon priest maks, acalphyra and moras agony spell pack. The priestess armor and agent of hermaeus mora mods were installed before the game started working, I have tried cleaning these files with ssee64 and LOOT, but still to no avail.

I guess you mean seeing what needed cleaning with Loot & cleaning with SSEedit, usually just your masters. I assume you have the latest game version & latest SKSE64. You have Open Cities and several city interior mods. There are some city interior mods patched for Open Cities, but if yours aren't that's a big problem. They'd also be lower in the load order than O.C's. You could try disabling O/C's & related patches & see what happens. You can't have Helgen Reborn activated until you come out of the cave in Helgen with normal start. I 've had problems with "Original Opening Scene" so personally I'd dump that. You should also make a Bashed Patch, It's simple & there are many guides showing how. For being new, porting LE to SE is pretty gutsy. Best of luck!

thankyou. i removed the priestes mod and it wortked temporarily. now i made a new post because im having more issues but im gonna try to take your advice and remove o/c from the list and see if that helps. thankyou so much for answering me as i really just watched a s**t ton of youtube videos and still.. barely know what im doing lmaooo. thanks again

If game still wont play a simple solution would be to disable all mods below USSEP & start game. If OK, add 10 more, if then OK add five more etc, to find your problems.
