AddIns.xml missing from Dragon Age Settings folder

There's a symlink in C:\Users\myname\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\Setting to C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\dragonage but there's no xml file in there.

Vortex has been granted permission to access protected folders in Bitdefender.

Request assistance.
