I need advice on load ordering.

I don't really understand how to organize my mods manually. I use BOSS, but it doesn't know what to do with some of my mods. I was wondering if there are specific places that mods should go.( like weapon and companion mods)If there is, please enlighten me a little.

I figured that if there are any experts here, they could help me with my load order if they want to. So, here it is. As a warning, there are about 110 according to BOSS, So you can see why I need to cut down. If anyone could just skim through at least part of it and note any issues that they know of, that would be nice.

Also, I have manually downloaded stuff that I don't even remember the location of. Should I reinstall Skyrim and reinstall my mods.
