Game crashes most likely mod related. Please Help

This is a problem I encounter in pretty much every elder scrolls or fallout game at some point. Modding is a huge part of the reason I love these series but at the same time it is the biggest factor that prevents me from finishing these games. Recently I have taken up playing a lot more Skyrim since I never got around to beating it. However with the steam workshop making modding so easy I have slowly accumulated more and more mods and today I started running into a problem where my game would cut to black and crash very quickly. I haven't been able to figure out which mod specifically is causing problems and I tried disabling all of my most recent downloads in hopes of fixing it but I am having no luck. Anyway I remember in Oblivion there was a way to get a text file of all the mods I am currently running and I was wondering if the new nexus mod manager had something similar so I could post my mod list and hopefully get some feedback on what may or may not be causing my crashing. I am super frustrated because this is the first time I have managed to get a character this high and i really don't feel like restarting.

I downloaded BOSS last night wasn't aware that they had made it work with skyrim as well. I also installed wrye bash. I am still having issues with CTD anytime i try to load a new zone. So presently I am parked in Whiterun but I need to walk into Jorvaskkr and it crashes instantly when i try. Here is a list of my BOSS load order but 5 of my mods are unrecognized and Wrye Bash constantly tells me the load order is f***ed up because of it.

I tried moving the bash patch to the last spot but that doesn't seem to fix it and I have toyed with various spots for the 5 unrecognized mods with no luck. I also have an issue with my leveled list from a few different mods. I tried merging the list through wrye bash but no luck so far. If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated.

Update seems to CTD whenever I try to enter a building. I can fast travel around but the moment I attempt to step inside it crashes.
